For the first time in 17 years, the official Formula 1 game did not get a new numbered edition. Instead of F1 26, EA Sports and Codemasters turned F1 25 into a two-season game: the 2025 original plus a paid 2026 Season Pack. F1 25: the base game

F1 25 launched on 30 May 2025 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. It brought back the Braking Point story mode, rebuilt My Team around the player as team owner and added the fictional APXGP squad from the F1 film starring Brad Pitt. It remains the base for everything that followed.

The 2026 Season Pack

  • Release: 3 June 2026, as an expansion for owners of F1 25, or bundled with the base game as F1 25: 2026 Season Edition.
